The summer issue of Renaissance is going to be about: Age-friendly living. We will be tackling topics about intergenerational programs, social isolation, age-friendly travelling, downsizing, groups and communities for seniors, etc. If you would like to be a part of the issue and have an experience to share please send your name, district name and number, email and phone number to Include just a sentence or two about why any of these topics are of interest to you. Pocket Planner cover art – April 6 deadline

For all of you who are budding artists or photographers, we wanted to send a reminder to submit your artwork/photographs for a chance to be featured on the 2019 Pocket Planner cover.

Send us your artwork, full name, membership number, district number and district name by Friday, April 6, 2018.

Artwork guidelines

  • Vertical layout preferred; however, other orientations suitable for cropping to 4.125" W x 7" H will be accepted.
  • Original or digital art can be submitted.
  • If original art is submitted, RTO/ERO is not responsible for lost or damaged art. Note: Original artwork will not be returned.
  • If selected, the artist must sign a release, giving RTO/ERO permission to use the artwork on the Pocket Planner cover.
  • Digital art must be supplied in one of the following formats: JPEG, EPS, AI or PDF (high resolution only). No other formats will be accepted.
  • All digital art must be a minimum of 300 dpi at final size (minimum 4.125" W x 7" H). Digital images smaller than this will not be accepted.
  • If artwork supplied does not meet the specifications requested, RTO/ERO reserves
  • the right to digitally modify the art accordingly without prior permission from the artist.
